We offer a mix of Pescatarian, Vegan & Vegetarian dishes. 


You will receive the following :

  • Detailed step by step instructions.
  • A copy of the recipe to take away.
  • A satchel of spices so you have the spice ingredients ready to make the next dish yourself at home.
  • Recommendations on where you can shop for the spices.
  • Of course you get to taste the food!

 LindaAnne's cooking classes are conducted in-person. They are small and intimate with 6-8 participants.  This is conducted at the host’s premises. The host will receive an exclusive dish that will feed 6 people.  

We offer three categories:

  • Vegan Only
  • Vegan and Vegetarian
  • Mix of Pescatarian, Vegan & Vegetarian

Green Chutney Vegetable Sandwiches: Revel in the allure of sandwiches rich with the goodness of vegetables, where layers of crisp veggies are anointed with a vivacious green chutney of coriander, mint and green chilies. A bite that transports you to sun-drenched gardens and spicy Indian afternoons.

We cooked:

Mushroom Biryani, a flavorful rice dish made with long-grain Basmati rice, mushrooms, and various aromatic spices and herbs. 


Raita, a traditional Indian condiment made with yoghurt. It is an excellent and refreshing accompaniment to spicy dishes and is commonly served with biryani, kebabs, and other spicy rice and meat dishes.


Stuffed Mushrooms, a delicious and easy appetizer that can be served at parties, gatherings or as a side dish with a meal. 

August

We cooked:

Savory Mushroom Pockets

Tender mushrooms carefully hollowed and filled with a mixture of finely crafted ingredients, resulting in a crispy exterior and a succulent interior.


Khumb Biryani

Biryani is a popular and flavorful rice dish with origins in South Asia, particularly to the Indian subcontinent. Add to this spice-infused dish a dash of mushrooms, caramelised onions and flavourful seasoning for a delectable main course dish.


Dahi Swaad

A cool and creamy Indian side dish made with yogurt, mixed with chopped vegetables and herbs to create a refreshing accompaniment to spicy or flavorful dishes.

We cooked:

Raita Classic

This yogurt-based condiment in Indian cuisine is prepared by blending yogurt with various ingredients like cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and mint. 


Exotic Mushroom Rice Pilaf

A flavorful and aromatic Indian rice dish that combines mushrooms with seasoned rice, along with flavourful spices. It showcases the richness of mushrooms to create a delicious and visually appealing dish.


Flavored Mushroom Poppers

Symphony of flavors in bite-sized wonders that harmonise earthy mushrooms with a rich and savory filling. Each delicate cap is a tantalising blend of herbs, fillings and seasonings.

We cooked:

Shiitake Biryani

Sautéed mushrooms, aromatics and spices mixed with rice and broth, resulting in a delightful medley of textures and flavors, where the nutty rice is complemented by the earthy richness of the mushrooms.


Stuffed Shroom Bites

Plump mushroom caps cradle a savory medley of ingredients to create a sensational symphony of flavors. 


Raita 

A traditional Indian dish made by combining yogurt with chopped vegetables or fruits and herbs. It's a simple and quick preparation that adds a pleasant contrast of flavors and textures to meals, acting as a palate cleanser and providing a cooling effect.
